Returns and Exchanges
You can create your own return shipping label following the steps in the link here after you submit your Return/Exchange
We are pleased to offer free return shipping for U.S. domestic orders. However, customers are responsible to cover return shipping costs for any additional returns related to the same order.

Return/Exchange Instructions (US Only):
- Click here to start a return or exchange.
- Enter your Order # and email address (email address must be the same used to place the original order).
- Select the item(s) to be returned.
- Please include the invoice and note the items for return.
- Please re-use the same shipping package to ensure a safe return.
- Use the shipping label included with your package, create a new one via the portal, or use the QR code in the portal at a local post office.
Only items in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of delivery. This period is extended to 6 weeks for purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Domestic exchanges are shipped via ground free of charge.
Sale category item(s) are final sale and non-refundable.
Vouchers, codes, and gift cards purchased outside Cosabella.com are nonrefundable and purchases made with them are valid for exchanges only.

Shipping
To Track Your Order:

- Click on the Order # you wish to track.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day (not including weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after Friday 12 p.m. EST, or during the weekend, are shipped on or before the following Tuesday.
For customers within the continental U.S. please allow up to 5 business days after order was shipped for delivery. Expedited shipping services are available.
If an item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, we will notify you if and when the item will be available prior to shipping your order.

Most orders are shipped out of our Miami Warehouse, in Florida, within 2 business days and delivered to your address within 5 business days.
Expedited orders are shipped out the same day if placed before 12 p.m. EST.

Fit and Size Help
Bra sizes do not necessarily equate across brands. Some brands run large, some brands run small, some stores may fit you in your “sister size” because they do not actually have your true size in stock.
The best way to start is to measure yourself and use those most current accurate true measurements.

To enter a discount code, click on the 'Check Out' button at the bottom of your Bag. Enter your discount code at the checkout and then click on the 'Apply' button. If your code is not accepted, double check to see that you have entered the code correctly, and that it is applicable to the items in your cart. Only one discount code may be used per order.

If you would like a gift receipt included with the order instead of a regular packing list, please add it to the order comments before you complete the checkout.
We also offer Gift Wrapping for an additional charge, and E-Gift Cards.
Properly caring for your lingerie, bras and bralettes will extend their life. Wash only in cold water, delicate cycle if you must wash in machine.
Lingerie wash is recommended – it is less harsh on your delicate lingerie items.
Never dry your bras or bralettes in the dryer. Dryer heat damages elastics and fabrics.
For our Pima Cotton Bella PJs, please wash in cold water, delicate cycle and line dry. Do not dry our PJs in the dryer as this can lead to shrinkage and added wear.

The gift wrapping fee is currently $10 but may vary depending on the time of year. Current pricing is on the site.

Gift boxes are available for purchase in 2 different sizes.
- Standard box $8 - Standard boxes can accommodate bra and panty sets or lingerie pieces.
Size: 8.9 x 5.7 x 2.7 inches. - Large box $10 - Large boxes can accommodate a PJ set or two sleepwear pieces.
Size: 12.8 x 9.6 x 2.7 inches.
